What is the minimum order?

The minimum for embroidered shirts is 12 pieces.

Do you charge set-up fees?

Do all the shirts have to be the same color?

embroidered shirts can be a mix of differant colors.   To change thread colors on shitrts is an additional $8.00 one time charge. 

How long will it be before I get my shirts?

Blank polo shirts are shipped within 24 hours.  For embroidered shirts we guarantee to ship your product within 6 business days after your logo has been approved. Shipping can be up to 4 days, we are shipping from Dallas, Texas.  NO EMBROIDERY WILL BE DONE UNTIL YOU APPROVE YOUR SAMPLE SWATCH.

Can you mail me a catalog?

Our full product line is listed on the website.  If there is an item not listed in which you are interested just give us a ring, and we will see if we can get it for you.  Otherwise check our web site frequently as we will be making product updates on a regular basis.

Can you precisely match my PMS colors for my logo?

While we have scores of stock thread colors, there are literally thousands of PMS colors .  A precise match may not be possible, but we try to match your colors as closely as possible.  Your satisfaction is our goal.
